Description
Away is hiring a full-time Keyholder to lead its Toronto, Yorkdale retail team. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, in-store operations, meeting KPI and sales goals, onboarding and coaching retail associates, and supporting marketing events. The position requires availability for at least 30 hours per week, including two Fridays and Sundays, three Saturdays, and two closing shifts each week, plus physical work involving lifting, standing, bending, squatting, and reaching. Compensation is $22.00 CAD per hour, with eligibility for a Retail Incentive Bonus Plan and health insurance benefits.
