Compensation
$19 – $23/hr
The Keyholder oversees store opening and closing procedures, security and safety protocols, cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. The role also leads and motivates team members, solves operational problems independently, and requires flexible availability across all shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays. It is a full-time position of 32 or more hours per week with a minimum shift length of six hours.
