The role focuses on delivering a platinum customer experience, achieving store sales goals, opening and closing the store, coaching Store Associates, supporting daily retail operations, participating in community events, and performing store tasks such as point-of-sale operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, housekeeping, and visual displays. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with customer-facing communication, physical ability to perform store tasks, and strong customer service skills.
