Burton is hiring a seasonal Keyholder for its pop-up store in North Conway, New Hampshire. The role focuses on delivering a platinum customer experience, achieving store sales goals, opening and closing the store, coaching Store Associates, supporting daily retail operations, participating in local events, and performing store tasks such as point-of-sale operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, housekeeping, and visual displays. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with customer-facing communication, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other store activities, and legal working age. One to two years of Keyholder or sales-lead experience is strongly desired, while two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
