Burton is hiring a full-time, hourly Keyholder for its Montreal retail store. The role focuses on delivering a platinum customer experience, achieving sales goals, opening and closing the store, coaching associates, supporting daily retail operations, participating in community events, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be outgoing, able to communicate with customers and team members, meet physical work requirements, and have customer-service or retail experience; 1–2 years of Keyholder or sales-lead experience is strongly desired. The position is available to candidates who reside in the listed eligible states at the time of hire.
