Burton is hiring a Keyholder for its Burlington, Vermont flagship retail store. The role focuses on delivering a platinum customer experience, achieving sales goals, opening and closing the store, coaching associates, supporting daily retail operations, participating in community events, and performing store tasks such as point-of-sale operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, housekeeping, and visual displays. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with customer-facing communication, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform store activities, and strong integrity and dependability. One to two years of Keyholder or sales-lead experience is strongly desired, while two or more years of customer-service experience is preferred.
