La Senza is seeking a Key Holder to support the management team in leading store sales and operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach selling behaviors, build customer relationships, and help achieve profitable sales goals. The role includes opening and closing procedures, cash management, sales reconciliation, inventory and shrink controls, visual merchandising, replenishment, payroll and expense support, customer and associate issue resolution, and execution of company initiatives. Candidates should have prior management or supervisory experience, strong communication, delegation, coaching, analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
