NEOM Wellbeing is hiring a Keyholder for its Bicester Village Wellbeing Hub. The role involves leading the customer experience, driving sales and company objectives, supporting store management, maintaining cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and working 21 hours across 3 to 4 days with weekday, weekend, and evening availability. Previous retail experience in a health or beauty environment, customer service, sales targets, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability are preferred or desirable.
