Description
The Keyholder supports daily operations at a Lilly Pulitzer retail store through sales, client experience, cash transaction accuracy, store opening and closing, asset safeguarding, issue resolution, and feedback to store management. The role is part-time, hourly, and non-exempt, based in-store, and may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail is preferred, along with communication, problem-solving, multitasking, Microsoft and Apple technology, and XStore and Tulip knowledge.
