Rothy’s is hiring a full-time Keyholder at Westside Provisions in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on 80% customer experience and 20% team leadership and operational excellence, including sales-floor service, clienteling, coaching teammates, driving sales, supporting events, onboarding, and acting as Manager on Duty when assigned. Candidates need at least 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with leadership responsibility, along with physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work at least 40 hours per week including peak days and holidays.
