Rothy's is seeking a full-time Keyholder for their Ala Moana Center location in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Keyholder will act as Manager on Duty when the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager are absent, oversee store opening and closing procedures, communicate Rothy's brand story and values to customers, and provide expert product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer-oriented experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and available to work full-time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
