Rothy’s is hiring a full-time Keyholder in Greenwich, Connecticut to lead customer service and sales on the retail sales floor, coach teammates, support clienteling and in-store events, and act as Manager on Duty when assigned. The role requires 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, physical ability to perform shift duties, and availability for at least 40 hours per week, including peak days and holidays.
