Keyholder at Rothy's

Rothy’s is hiring a full-time Keyholder in Atlanta to lead customer experience and sales on the retail sales floor, coach teammates, support clienteling and in-store events, and assist with onboarding and training. The role may serve as Manager on Duty and includes operational responsibilities such as visual merchandising, shipment, and stockroom leadership. Candidates need 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with leadership responsibility, along with physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work at least 40 hours per week including peak days and holidays.
