Rothy’s is hiring a part-time Keyholder at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas. The role combines sales-floor customer experience, clienteling, coaching, team selling, event support, onboarding, and operational leadership, including Manager on Duty responsibilities. Candidates need at least 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with leadership responsibility, and must be available for at least 16 hours per week across peak and non-peak days.
