Description
The Keyholder supports Torrid store management by handling opening and closing operations, meeting company objectives and KPI goals, leading customer service and sales, implementing merchandise strategies, maintaining a clean store environment, performing register functions, and acting as Manager on Duty when store management is absent. The role requires previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, strong sales and customer-service performance, flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends, and the ability to perform physical store tasks.
