The Keyholder supports Torrid store management by handling opening and closing operations, leading sales and customer service, implementing merchandise strategies, maintaining a clean store environment, performing register functions, and acting as Manager on Duty when store management is unavailable. The role requires previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, strong sales and customer-service performance, flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends, and the ability to perform physical store tasks.
