Torrid is hiring a Keyholder to support store management with opening and closing operations, KPI achievement, customer service, merchandise strategies, register functions, and add-on sales. The role assumes acting-manager responsibilities when store management is unavailable and requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Candidates should have specialty or apparel retail management experience, strong sales and customer-service skills, and the ability to adapt to changing retail environments.
