The Keyholder supports Torrid store management by handling opening and closing operations, leading sales and customer service, implementing merchandise strategies, maintaining store standards, and performing register functions. The role assumes acting-manager responsibilities when store management is unavailable and requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Applicants should have specialty or apparel retail management experience, proven team leadership and sales performance, multitasking ability, and adaptability.
