The Keyholder supports Torrid store management by handling opening and closing operations, driving sales and customer service, implementing merchandise strategies, maintaining a clean store environment, and performing register functions. The role assumes store operations when management is out of the store and requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Applicants should have previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, strong sales and customer-service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an associate discount, mental health resources, sick time, a 401K match, an employee stock purchase program, and tuition reimbursement, with pay of $18.00 to $20.25 per hour.
