Description
The Keyholder supports Torrid store management by handling opening and closing operations, meeting company objectives and KPI goals, leading customer service and sales, implementing merchandise strategies, maintaining a clean store environment, and performing register functions. The role assumes full store operations when Store Management is out of the store and requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Applicants should have previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, proven team leadership and sales performance, multitasking ability, and adaptability.
