The Keyholder supports Torrid store management by handling opening and closing operations, driving sales and customer service, implementing merchandise strategies, maintaining a clean store environment, and performing register functions. The role may act as Manager on Duty when store management is unavailable and requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Applicants should have previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, strong sales performance, team leadership ability, multitasking skills, and adaptability; physical duties include standing, walking, moving fixtures and packages up to 50 pounds, and reaching merchandise.
