Description
Hill House is hiring a Keyholder to lead the retail team at its upcoming Boston, Massachusetts store. The role combines sales-floor leadership, client engagement, store operations, merchandising, staffing support, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations teams. The Keyholder will also coach and mentor retail associates, support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time with a retail schedule including weekends and offers estimated compensation of $22 or more per hour.
