Hill House Home is hiring a full-time Keyholder to lead the retail team at an upcoming Houston, Texas store. The role combines sales-floor leadership, client engagement, store operations, merchandising, inventory support, staffing coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations teams. The Keyholder will also coach and mentor retail associates, maintain brand standards, and work in a fast-paced environment with a schedule including weekends.
