Description
Hill House is hiring a Keyholder to lead the retail team at its upcoming New Orleans store. The role combines sales-floor leadership, client engagement, store operations, merchandising, staffing support, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations. The Keyholder will also coach and mentor retail associates, support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a retail schedule including weekends, with estimated compensation of $22 or more per hour.
