arc programs is hiring a full-time, permanent Keyworker for its Support Services for Families (with FASD) Program in the Castlegar office serving the West Kootenays. The role provides case management, service coordination, FASD parenting education and consultation, individual or family counselling, advocacy, education planning, assessment-recommendation implementation, and caregiver support. It requires a valid British Columbia driver's license, regional insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle, with a criminal record search and trial period. Compensation is $30.25–$31.75 per hour, with benefits available after successful trial-period completion.
