Description
The Christ Fellowship Kids Coordinator supports the Campus Kids Ministry by leading and caring for children, developing and equipping volunteer teams, preparing weekend resources, growing campus attendance, ensuring safe and engaging programming, supporting event and spiritual milestone planning, and assisting with midweek programming. The role is full-time, includes weekends and some nights, and reports to the Kids Coordinator (team lead). A college degree or degree in progress is required, with early childhood or elementary education preferred, and at least one year of experience in a kids’ ministry environment as staff or volunteer.
