Description
The Christ Fellowship Kids Director leads and cares for the Christ Fellowship Kids program for children from babies to 4th grade. Responsibilities include developing staff and volunteers, creating a strong team culture, growing campus attendance, implementing curriculum and policies, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, and assisting with Central Kids initiatives. The role requires attendance at weekly staff and department meetings and capturing stories of life change within the kids and family community.
