Description
The Kids Instructor provides educational and fitness programming for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Responsibilities include greeting members, instructing activities, preparing and transferring children, maintaining attendance and incident records, monitoring safety, managing behavior, communicating with parents and team members, promoting programming, cleaning and restocking, and handling incidents. The role requires completion of Kids On-Demand learnings, First Aid certification, and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days; prior teaching experience, group engagement ability, and strong communication skills are preferred.
