Description
The Kids Instructor delivers educational and fitness programming for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Responsibilities include greeting members, instructing organized activities, preparing and transferring children, maintaining attendance and incident records, monitoring safety, managing behavior, communicating with parents and team members, promoting programming, cleaning and restocking areas, and handling incidents. The role requires less than a high school diploma or GED, completion of Kids On-Demand required learnings, and First Aid, Infant/Child, and Adult CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days; prior teaching experience, group-engagement ability, customer service, and communication skills are preferred.
