Description
The Kids Instructor provides educational and fitness programming for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, instructing organized activities, preparing and transferring children, maintaining attendance and incident records, monitoring safety, managing behavior, communicating with parents and team members, promoting programming, cleaning and restocking program areas, and handling incidents and emergencies. The role requires completion of Kids On-Demand Required Learnings before the first day of work and First Aid, Infant/Child, and Adult CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days; prior teaching experience, group-engagement ability, customer service, and communication skills are preferred.
