Description
The Kid's Club Program employee will run and supervise evening children's activities, teach authentic western horsemanship, guide kids through ranch activities, plan age-appropriate programs, maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, and communicate with parents. The role is part-time, may develop into year-round opportunities, and requires experience working with children, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
