Description
The Kids Supervisor greets members and guests, leads safe and engaging activities for children ages three months to 11 years, monitors children and equipment, maintains operational documentation and cleaning and staffing checklists, promotes Life Time Kids programs and services, and coaches team members. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications, and First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days; experience working with children, group engagement, customer service, and communication skills are preferred.
