Description
The Kiln Operator operates kilns and monitors brick production quality by checking color, cracks, sandiness, and other characteristics; performing water absorption tests; entering product codes; recording production data; adjusting drying chambers; responding to equipment alarms; assisting with maintenance; and performing cleaning. The role requires technical insight, problem-solving, accuracy, communication, independent work, Dutch fluency, and willingness to work a continuous five-week shift system.
