IDEA Public Schools is hiring an IDEA Co-Teacher to provide direct instruction to IDEA students under the guidance of a classroom teacher and assistant principal of instruction. The role implements the Direct Instruction Curriculum, teaches to mastery, manages student behavior, supports student records and tutoring, communicates progress to families, and participates in school meetings and professional development. Applicants need at least 48 college hours or a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience working with children in a classroom or volunteer setting. Compensation is $16.61–$23.98 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid family leave, tuition reimbursement, and professional development.
