Description
The municipality of Hohenstein is hiring a Kindergarten Head (m/f/d) for its one-group kindergarten “Tausendfüßler” in Ödenwaldstetten. The role is a fixed-term full-time position starting immediately and no later than January 1, 2027, with remuneration according to TVöD-SuE and possible extension. Responsibilities include operational management, organization, work-schedule design, personnel leadership and development, cooperation with external institutions, and work with children with different needs. Applicants must be a state-recognized educator or other educational specialist qualified for a management role, with experience in the Orientierungsplan Baden-Württemberg and knowledge of language support and child protection being advantageous.
