Destinus is hiring a Kinetics Specialist for Production to provide technical oversight and support for the production of kinetic defense items, including projectiles, warheads, rocket motors, and explosive components. The role covers manufacturing process monitoring, root-cause analysis, system integration and validation testing, energetic-material handling, safety audits, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, documentation, and coordination with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in munitions, defense manufacturing, or energetic materials, and expertise in kinetic weapons systems, explosives, propellants, safety standards, and defense trade compliance.
