CRISTA Resources is hiring a full-time King’s Student Pastor in Shoreline, Washington, to shepherd and disciple Junior High and High School students, provide pastoral care, support spiritual formation, engage students in outreach and campus activities, and collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and other ministry leaders. The role requires a Christian commitment, a bachelor’s degree, three years of youth ministry experience, Microsoft Teams proficiency, and the ability to pass background checks; a master’s degree, Christian counseling certification, and five years of youth ministry experience are preferred. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 DOE, with health insurance and other benefits.
