Description
Canary Technologies is hiring a Kiosk Implementation Specialist to lead on-site kiosk activations across hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role owns end-to-end onboarding, property qualification, hardware configuration and logistics, on-site deployments, reservation testing, hotel-staff training, real-world readiness validation, and field feedback. Candidates need at least four years of hotel operations experience, expert Opera PMS proficiency, experience with complex hotel scenarios, and willingness to travel 40–50% of the time; experience with other EMEA PMS systems, hotel-technology systems, staff training, and additional European languages is preferred.
