KIPP Public Schools Northern California is hiring a part-time, non-exempt After School Instructor for its Stockton school location. The role works with a group of students to provide homework assistance, academic support, enrichment activities, fitness, arts, and other after-school programs. Responsibilities include classroom management, attendance tracking, program documentation, registration, customer service, community outreach, and maintaining a safe school environment. The position requires 1–2 years of youth-development experience or equivalent experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Google Suite applications. It is scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $20.00–$23.00 and medical, dental, vision, and transportation benefits.
