Kitarino is hiring a Kita-Leitung for its newly reopened Kita in St. Pauli on Bernstorffstraße. The role leads a team through renovation, team development, service planning, personnel management, family work, language education, kindergarten-to-school transition, quality management, child protection, and coordination with authorities and partners. The position requires a state-recognized kindergarten educator, childhood educator, social educator, or comparable qualification under the Hamburg workforce requirement, plus at least two years of experience as a kindergarten or deputy leader with personal responsibility.
