Description
Picnic is seeking a Kitchen Ambassador to act as their main onsite representative within their cloud kitchen facilities. The role involves coordinating with kitchen operators to ensure accurate and efficient movement of orders, verifying and sorting orders for courier pickup, and acting as the primary contact for kitchen staff. Responsibilities also include communicating real-time updates, maintaining organized staging areas, supporting daily kitchen operations, identifying and escalating issues, assisting courier drivers, and providing feedback for workflow improvements.
