Description
The Laundry & Kitchen Technician will support the Engineering team at Mansard Riyadh by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, troubleshooting and repairing gas, electrical, refrigeration, and other systems, responding to operational maintenance requests, maintaining records and spare parts, and assisting with equipment installation and commissioning. The role requires at least two years of hospitality or hotel experience, hands-on equipment knowledge, basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical understanding, HACCP awareness, strong problem-solving and communication skills, English proficiency, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
