Description
The resort is recruiting a Kitchen Apprentice to train in upscale culinary techniques at a five-star establishment. The apprentice will assist the kitchen brigade with dish preparation, mise en place, plating, food hygiene and safety, service support, and workstation cleaning under the supervision of experienced chefs. The role is full-time according to a work-study schedule, starts in September 2026, and is intended for someone pursuing a professional culinary qualification such as CAP, BP, BTS, or an equivalent.
