The Kitchen Assistant supports daily food preparation and service in a professional kitchen by preparing and plating cold and hot dishes, assisting with mise en place, sending out plates during lunch and dinner, and maintaining HACCP-compliant cleanliness. The role is full-time with possible permanent status, offers career progression, and requires availability between 9:30 a.m. and 11 p.m., including evenings and weekends.
