Compensation
€15 – €18/hr
The Kitchen Assistant supports daily kitchen preparation and service by setting up before service, sending out dishes, and gradually taking responsibility for the cold and/or hot section. The role requires culinary technique and hygiene foundations, basic cooking knowledge, HACCP knowledge, meat and fish cutting skills, and familiarity with bistronomic or gastronomic cuisine. Compensation is 15–18 euros per hour depending on experience, with an additional €250 in eco-vouchers.
