Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports the daily preparation, service, and sale of school meals, including food preparation, sanitation, HACCP compliance, meal service, food storage, point-of-sale reconciliation, and community relations. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, collaboration with students, staff, and parents, and willingness to travel to multiple schools as needed. It is a regular part-time position at Coyote Creek Elementary with 20 scheduled hours per week, 0.50 FTE, and a full-time salary range of $17.39 to $26.89 per hour; the position is open until filled but will not remain open past December 1, 2026.
