Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports the daily preparation, service, and sale of school meals at Legacy Point Elementary. Responsibilities include setting up and cleaning serving areas, dishwashing, sanitation, meal preparation, food storage, point-of-sale reconciliation, HACCP compliance, and serving meals while maintaining student confidentiality and community relationships. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, collaboration, communication, organization, and flexibility to travel to multiple schools as needed. It is a regular 0.75-FTE position scheduled for 30 hours per week, with a minimum hourly rate of $17.39 and a maximum of $22.14, and is open until filled by December 29, 2026.
