Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports the daily preparation, service, and sale of school meals at Rock Canyon High School. Responsibilities include washing, cutting, and preparing food; setting up and cleaning serving areas; following HACCP and food-safety standards; serving meals; storing delivered food; operating a point-of-sale system; and maintaining community and customer-service relationships. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, offers 20 scheduled hours per week at 0.50 FTE, and pays $17.39–$26.89 per hour depending on FTE. The position is open until filled but will not remain open past November 28, 2026.
