The Kitchen Assistant supports a busy restaurant kitchen by helping service run smoothly, keeping the kitchen stocked and clean, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and communicating with the team. The role is predominantly a pot-wash position supporting deliveries on a day-to-day basis and requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and sufficient spoken and written English to understand allergen controls.
