Hana Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support production and prepare sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, and other products in its retail kiosks. The role follows Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya standards, includes HACCP food safety, refrigeration setup, stock organization, cleaning, and restocking, and offers flexible hours from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with no Sunday or evening work. Compensation is €12.30 gross per hour, with training, advancement opportunities, and social benefits.
